Congratulations Hugo, on your CGS-M Scholarship

The Berg lab is proud to announce that our Medical Sciences Masters candidate, Yu “Hugo” Yan, was awarded the Canada Graduate Scholarship – Masters for the 2022/23 academic year. The CGS-M is the most prestigious scholarship awarded across all disciplines where a significant research component will lead to a completed thesis and/or publication. Hugo’s proposed project is a continuation of his Bachelors research reviewing the ability of LSD1 inhibitors to upregulate antigen-presenting machinery in leukemic cells.
