OICR Funds the Berg Translational Leukemia Research Program

Dr. Tobias Berg is leading a team studying ways to improve the survival rates of acute myeloid leukemia patients following an allogeneic stem cell transplant.

We are pleased to announce the Berg Translational Leukemia Research Program is one of 16 research groups awarded new funding from the Ontario Institute for Cancer Research (OICR). Funded projects are part of the OICR’s Clinical Translation Pathway that is designed to support pre-clinical research and new clinical trials.
